Site hacked and missing

Hello,

Last week it seems my site was hacked. I first noticed when I tried to send an email and got an error from my server saying the limit has been met with how many emails I can send per hour. I wasn’t sending many emails and i’ve never had this happen before.

At that moment I noticed my entire site was down, so I logged into my cPanel and look at my public_html directory and it’s gone, the entire thing.

I looked at some raw access logs and noticed the same IP really hitting my contact form and the /theme-mail.php file. I’m not sure exactly what happened or how they deleted my entire site. I’m not too concerned with the site but more so emails and other accounts on this server.

Is anyone really experienced in security and could look over a backup of my site and access logs or do you know any company I can hire to? I’m willing to pay just need some extra help since I’m not a security expert and time is limited.
