site hack? new site link appearing

Hi, wonder if anybody can help…

There is a link on my site appearing /viagra-israel.html and I cannot see where its coming from. I’ve run Sucuri Scanner and it isn’t flagging anything up. I also have Ithemes Security setup on my site – which again isn’t flagging anything up.

the page in question isnt on my site I dont think? It’s not in posts or pages.

How can I find out whats causing it?
