Could you provide more details and provide a link to your site. It has likely been hacked. You may be able to access the admin site by disabling javascript in your browser to prevent you from getting redirected.

The site has been blacklisted – which implies – but does not prove 100% – that the site has been hacked at some point.

Ok your site has not been hacked but for some reason the site can’t be found on the 000webhost servers. You need to verify you have the correct settings on your host. If you can’t find the problem contact your host for support. This is not a wordpress problem.

@esmi This blacklisting is incorrect only error404.000webhost.com has been blacklisted by McAffee probably not legitimately.

Could you tell me what it means to be blacklisted? I’m sorry, I don’t really know that much about this stuff. I’m just in charge of the site because we are kind of understaffed.

Is there anyway to make it so it will stop redirecting?

You are not blacklisted but that page you are redirected to is blacklisted on one site probably not genuinely.

You need to talk to your webhost to change the redirection. It is probably because the server can’t find your site so redirects to that generic page not found page.

Thanks alot. I’ve contacted webhost and am waiting for a reply. The strange thing to me is that I thought I was using Namecheap for hosting.

Namecheap is the domain name provider. You buy the domain name from them but your website is probably hosted with a different service.

Ok I think 000webhosts provide the service through Namecheap. Do you know where your hosting control panel is?

It’s in namecheap. Apparently now I’ve found out that my site was suspended because some unknown user logged in and sent out a mass email.
