    Hello,

    WP: 4.9.8
    Plugin version: 1.0.7

I can install the plugin, but when I activate the plugin, my site goes down with error 500. I delete the plugin folder, and the site is up again.

I copied the plugin folder from another website that is running with a WordPress 5.x version, and the result is the same. Once I activate, error 500 ??

Can you check if this plugin is working with WP version 4.9.8 please?

I have no errors in my PHP error log, just the white screen of death.

    Thanks,

    Didier.

    Hello,

I cannot provide you admin access to our site for security reasons.

Is there anything that I can check for you?

Did you try with a WP version < 5.x?

I will upgrade my WP this evening from 4.9 to 5.5 so I guess that the problem will be resolved immediately if the problem is linked to the WP version.

I am using this plugin delivered with your themes on two sites already, and I have no problem. Both sites are running with version 5.4 and 5.5.

    Hi,

We have tested pugin and we weren’t able to recreate the issue. Please refer to the following article that might help: How to fix the internal server error?

Also please let us know if the issue remains.

    ok..thanks for the check.

It is maybe a problem with another plugin as I only see this as a reason.

I am upgrading the website right now with the latest version of WordPress + showcase theme + all plugins.

I report back in a couple of days.

    Thanks,

    Didier.

    Hello,

I upgraded to the latest WordPress 5.5.3 and your theme Showcase 1.2.4, and I still get the fatal error when activating this plugin.

I deployed the plugin in my local dev environment, and I get this debug information:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class CssCrush\Functions, because the name is already in use in C:\wamp64\www\xxx\wp-content\themes\showcase\php\BTCrushFunctions.php on line 9

I checked the code and this theme SHowcase is using the same class as the plugin.

Please fix the plugin or the Showcase theme ??

    Didier.

I will contact BT support by email.
