    Hello @vtrmage

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
This seems to be a double compression problem. Can you please go to Performance>Browser cache and disable Gzip compression, save all settings purge the cache, and see if the issue persists? If the issue is gone, it means that you already have gzipped compression enabled or zlib.compression.
IF the issue still persists after disabling Gzip, disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue.
    Thank you!

    Thanks!

Hi @vmarko Thanks for the reply!

So, I can see the “Gzip compression” option under:
general, CSS & JS , HTML XML , Media and & other files

    should I disable it all?

    thanks in advance

    Hello @vtrmage

    Thank you for your question.
You should first disable it in the General, which disables it in all other sub-boxes (HTML&XML, JS/CSS. Media&other files). If the issue is gone, then the problem is with double compression – most likely HTML Gzip.
You can then re-activate Gzip in the mentioned sub-boxes one by one, save all settings and purge the cache and see which one may be causing the conflict.
    Thanks!
