Site favicon, title, description not showing when using domain forwarding

Hi guys,

It’s my first time to use forwarding. I have managed to get the site and the template up and running on my home web server. So now I’ve set the domain forwarding from Godaddy to where my site is, and that’s up and running too.

But now I find that the favicon, site title, description as well as keyword tags do not get displayed when I enter the site through the domain I bought at Godaddy. However, when I enter the site with the site address on my web server, the favicon and site title displays.

According to Godaddy techies, I’d need to “script” the site to work with the forwarding. How do I go about doing this?
