Site error

Hi all
Major problem with my site..
Somehow it’s now pointed itself towards it’s forwarding domain (www.ntlfc.co.uk), and I can’t get back in to change it.
If I try to log back in, it keeps looking for the files on the https://www.ntlfc.co.uk site (which only forwards it) to my own webspace where the files are loaded (ccgi.yesfan.plus.com\wordpress)
How do I get my site back??
If I attempt to log-in, I get the following URL come up (if it’s any help)
