    Hi I’m trying to create a site for a friend of mine, a dj jockey friend, (here) with a free wordpress word “deejay” (here) but I can not configure it as from his demo (here). I address the following difficulty:

    1-I have installed an mp3 song to associate with the audio widget but how do you make sure that the song sounds alone when you visit the page? I have tried an automatic method but you always have to click to play if no no …. and then the player is used in the demo of the model? Is it the default or what is it called?

    2-In the home I would like to come up with 3 widgets on the background image as in the demo of the template (here) but it comes out instead a section pane over the 3 widget look (here). I tried but I do not understand how to do it. How do you take it off thanks?

    3-I would like to add a 120×60 advertising banner I seem to be on the right hand virtually the bottom of the main image but in theory with the theme options you could not put it. I wanted to ask is there a way to insert it the same?

    I do not understand why it is not very clear to handle wordpress themes and you can not do what you want in a simple way. If you help me, would I thank you very okay? … Greetings

    I only find these 3 difficulties for the rest is not difficult.

    I try to help as fast as I can ??

    1) The widget used in the demo is not the default widget, it is a Soundcloud widget and only works for music that is on Soundcloud.

    Go to your selected artists Soundcloud page.
    Then press the share button on the right side of the page.
    Now when the smaller window shows, press the embed link, also to the right.
    For widgets, you need to copy the iframe, the fist code from the top.
    To include the playlist in a post or page, you can also check the little box that says WordPress, and copy the shortcode.
    Paste the code in a text or html widget where you want the playlist to show.

    2) Deejay has 4 widget areas. To show widgets over the header background image like in the demo, you need to add widgets to the “Front Page Widgets: Header” panel.
    The header widget area is only visible on the front page and only has room for 3 widgets. The space is somewhat limited, so carefully select widgets that will fit inside the area. At 960px width, only the first header widget will be shown.

    3) The easiest way to add advertising banners is to paste the code in a html or text widget. Try adding the widget to the “Footer” or “Footer Copyright” widget panel.

    I do not understand what you mean with deleting the page or lifting the home page.

    You need to show a page or the latest posts on the home page.
    The page can be left empty.

    Hi

    1) Deejay is primarily designed to show the latest posts on the front page.
    The Static Front Page option lets you choose between showing a page or the latest posts. It looks like you have selected a page called Home.

    There is currently no way to have a home page with widgets but no content.
    I can create a new page template for this but it would take me a few days to create, test and submit an update.

    2) Go to the menu section in the customizer or in the admin.
    Select menu location “Header Menu”
    Select an existing menu.
    Save.
