site down – please help. root/wordpress root/name/wordpress

hi guys and girls.

I just installed the software via my hosting.

I installed the WordPress folder withing a folder on my root/folder/wp

I was able to logon / see site by going

https://www.mysite/fc/ (the folder name was fc) but not just on my site
https://www.mysite (this would show broken link)

I signed in, changed the title of the site.. ok.
then I changed the settings to both sites (wordpress and main site) to just my url https://www.foodclef.com

now it’s kinda messed up worse! The https://www.foodclef.com/fc looks all jumbled and I can’t sign in!

My sites down and I’m pretty stressed.
if you can offer a few words I’d be most greatful!
