Site down after WordPress Update

After logging in to update a few contact forms, I had noticed the plugin was out of date. It required WP to be updated to 6.2. I had gone ahead and went through the process, however while updating I received a message stating that there had been a critical error and that I was to receive an email for next steps in the admin inbox. Nothing was received. Anyone know what I can do from here? The site is completely down.
