Site down after update – Quic / Litespeed

One of my sites is down after updating wordfence today. The site is running litespeed with quic CDN. There is a 520 quic error suggesting that worfence has blocked IP’s. However I can’t access the site to update the IP safe list (in case this is causing the issue).
FTP, WP admin, cPanel and email all down!
Is there a way to bypass Wordfence from my account as an alternative to logging into WP (as this is not possible)?
Any help ASAP would be most appreciated!
