Just updated my site and now it does not work. Here is what it says when I try to load it.

Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/33/2538033/html/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/33/2538033/html/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/functions.php on line 75

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/33/2538033/html/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/33/2538033/html/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/functions.php on line 75

I tried deactivating the plugin’s folder but it didn’t solve the problem, then I change the name of the theme through FTP and now I can access my site, but when I try to change the name back to be able to keep using the same theme… it gives me the same message.

I would like to keep using this theme, so any help will be very appreciated.

I show there’s a similar topic to this one, but it’s been marked as resolved as the other guy had back ups (unfortunately I don’t).

    Thank you!

@jakxna360 and @jonno99. The changes I am talking about are customizable changes (all the area that is customizable with the widges in the home page (no coding has been touched) all the text and pics I put on those widges is gone and it shows now the default text.

Anyone know where it could be within the files to recover it? I’m sure it should be somewhere saved, but don’t know where.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We think we found the issue. We suspect the issue is related to www.remarpro.com download process, because as we tried to download the theme from here twice, at 10 minutes apart, the archives were different, in one of the cases some files were missing (the one that caused the fatal error). We submitted an update now, but until this issue is not resolved, I don’t suggest updating the theme, as this may happen again for some of you.
We contacted www.remarpro.com and I will let you know when I have more details about this.

    Thank you,
    Rodica

    Hi,

We just got an answer regarding this issue:
“I checked the 1.8.3.8 archives which were all correct. There was however an invalid 1.8.3.7 archive which could’ve been hit by 20% of downloaders.
Nothing to do with the theme, it looks like the zip creation process may have failed 99% of the way through the theme build. could’ve happened to any theme (unfortunately)”
And it seams that the issue was fixed now for zerif lite, so if you still have access to you dashboard you could update to 1.8.3.8.
Please let me know if you still encounter issues and I can help.

    Best regards,
    Rodica
