Site down after moving to another folder

Seems my FTP program actually CUT the files from the old folder though I did choose COPY. Well – the files are back in the old folder too – but now I get another error, when logging into https://www.kennethbon.dk/classiccars/wp-login.php:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function force_ssl_admin() in /home/dkkennet/public_html/porsche912e/wp-login.php on line 15

And the URL seems to be:
https://www.kennethbon.dk/porsche912e/wp-login.php

Getting wiser all the time. Storage limit exceeded so not all files where copied. They are now.

https://www.kennethbon.dk/classiccars works but without any content.
https://www.kennethbon.dk/porsche912e the old site is still op.

BUT…. when I enter kennethbon.dk/classiccars/wp-login.php and login, I end up here?

https://www.kennethbon.dk/porsche912e/wp-admin/

I’m confused now.

For some #%¤%@￡$ reason the Site URL and HOME URL is in the database still noted as porsche912e.

Even when I try to edit these to be classiccars and save them – through phpMyAdmin – they go back to porsche912e evertime I reload that table.

Anyone who knows why the data in the table is overwriting what I put into the fields?

Update: WP keeps replacing the “classiccars” with “porsche912e” in the site and home fields in wp_options no matter what I do.

BUT.. I can override by adding the following to the wp-config.php:

define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://www.kennethbon.dk/classiccars’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://www.kennethbon.dk/classiccars’);

Now this seems fine but can anyone tell me which function/file in WP that keeps changing the values (when I don’t override them myself in wp-config.php)?
