    Hi,

I cleared the cache (I’m using w3 total cache), and the browser cache (Chrome), and now I can access my site. I had a number of security measures in your plugin, including renamed wp-admin, basic firewall, and site lockdown. How can I best restore the site without losing my security settings?

    Thanks,

    Oliver

    Hi,

What is the error message is showing now.

    Can you share your url.

It was completely blank. In the end I had to delete the plugin via ftp. Then clean it up. Not ideal. I don’t want to have to do this on all my sites, so I am not sure I can use one of the plugins, which I find both very useful. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

    My url is https://daniecouchman.com

    Thanks

Hi, I know this plugin works with w3 Total Cache.

Clearing the cache should not crash your site. It is likely that you have a conflicting setting enabled in W3 Total Cache. Go over your settings in W3 and report back.

Also check this plugins log files under Dashboard tab. You might also want to check the server log files.

    Regards
