Site Down?

You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to deactivate JetPack (and possibly your other plugins) – find the plugins folder on the server and delete the JetPack folder here:

wp-content
    plugins
        jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

I’m currently using Cpanel. But I can’t find the plugins folder.

In a cPanelserver it will be under /public_html/wp-content/plugins/
