Site domain changed – recover stats?

I moved my partner’s WP install from press.arts-eclectic.com to press.invincible.ink – can I request a merger with his old Jetpack stats?

The original Jetpack ID appears to be 75126715, the new one 65262482. He connects with the www.remarpro.com account [email protected].

(Maybe you’d consider putting a permanent request form for this on your site, or something? In searching for help on this issue, I sure found plenty of these requests! ^^; )
