site doesn't work with my premium theme

  • with any theme choosing from the theme section I’m able to see the site page and everything is fine. but when I upload my premium theme using Filezilla, after activation I only get a blank page at my site address and also can’t access the wp admin panel.the only way to get back my site and wp panel is to delete mt theme from ftp manager,so the default theme is loaded and everything is back.
    do you know what the problem might be?and how can I solve it?
    I really need to set my premium theme ??

    side note: my site is on the primary stage and I haven’t uploaded the contents yet.so there is no risk for me to lose my work.just I need any way possible to set my own theme so I can start making my site.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Still if you may want to read this article about debugging WordPress, maybe you’ll find something on your own by going through the error logs.
