Site doesn't show its Description and Meta's

I really need some hepl. Using Techmaish Theme. I have successfully added and verified my site in Google Webmaster.

Also I added some meta tags on the header.php

I’m using Platinum SEO pack for added plugins but why my site’s description/meta does not showing up, boldly.

Specially if I share this on Facebook.
Please help.
