Site does not update to 4.0.1

    I have tried several times now to update to 4.0.1 and each time it seems to fail.

    From the update page I click “upgrade now” under the wordpress update. That takes me to my SSH info which I enter. It then takes about two minutes to update. It then takes me to the update confirmation page but even that page includes a warning to update to 4.0.1. My update page also still includes that update notice.

    Any idea what’s wrong?
