    Log into the site via FTP or the File Manager, and remove the problem plugin.

    GoDaddy has a good support team. They can help you. Work with them.

    No, WP isn’t a company. We don’t have employees or anybody to do such support with you.

    GoDaddy has a File Manager in their control panel. You can use that. It is relatively easy to do, and yes, you do need to know how to directly access files on your website when you are running a website.

    So talk to them and get some help from them.
