    AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /home/webtekghana/public_html/moldersdb.com/.user.ini, referer: https://moldersdb.com/.user.ini
    Kindly help. Thank you.

    In my experience, just deleting files according to a scan can get you in a world of hurt. Best to simply pay for the WF site cleaning service. MTN

    Hi @webtekghana,

    Another reason may have been caused by your server upgrading its apache version.

    Can you ask your host to see if your apache was updated recently?

    For the moment, I would try renaming .user.ini to .user.ini.bak to see if you can regain access to your site.

    If that doesn’t work, try re-importing a backup of your site if available.

    @webtekghana:

    FYI: Interestingly, when I visit https://moldersdb.com/.user.ini I get the Page Not Found – Site Under Maintenance…
    Do you have a backup, i.e. UpdraftPlus or something?
