site displays html codes instead of the frontend display.

Hi all
my site at edu.aospr.com seems to show the html codes rather than the actual site. I’ve tried using firefox and chrome and get the same results. I seen to only get this at work because I can view the site at home. I’m not even sure where to start to fix this.

Is this a firewall issue? (I don’t think so because this site shouldn’t be blocked). My network admin says it isn’t blocked by my workplace.

I don’t even know where to start to fix this. Anyone?
