site disappearred both public and admin

Help! I was moving/coping the template files for the plugin Yet Another Related Post Plugin to my theme folder and then suddenly no site. It appears my wp-content, admin and includes files are not in the right place? I didn’t move them but that’s all I can think of. Can anyone provide the standard file structure I should compare/follow. My host is not being very helpful. And it’s kinda complicated because I have 2 domains and 3-4 subdomains. Maybe it is something else – I think I will delete all of those plugins folders/files as I am freaking out right now (although I can see my blog folders and files so I know they are there and I have a db backup)Thanks
