Site disappeared & no Dashboard

  • Good afternoon all,
    I’ve been doing some research on this topic through the forums, but I’m not sure if I am understanding it properly or whether it even relates to my problem.

    I have been developing a test site and had something up that included a video and some brief text. I haven’t been on the site in about a month, but when I tried to log in today to do some work, I noticed that the site changed to a “Under construction” page and the Dashboard button no longer works.

    I use namecheap.com as my domain/host and installed it using their cPanel. Am I missing something?

    Contact your hosting provider to make sure that the hosting account and domain registration are still current.

    If it is, they should also have the access necessary to determine what’s going wrong.

    If they can’t identify the problem, would you please describe exactly what happens when you hit this “Dashboard button”?
