Site disappear upon activation

  • I use this plugin on many sites…
    But here something strange is happening (https://beyondzebra.com)WP v4.2.
    When I activate CS2 the plugin admin page go blank (just white) no error message or anything. The site is gone as well … By gone I mean a totally white page

    The only way to resolve is delete plugin from FTP and the site is back on as normal.
    Tried it few times get the same results…

    Any ideas would be much appreiciated?

    Error log offers this but I have no clue how to fix it?
