Site Dead after updating Plugins

Hi, I see this was discussed previously but my problem is a little different, after the site died due to plugin updates, I then consulted with my Hosting Company to have a look, they confirmed that the problem was Plugins and switched them off from their side, site can now be accessed but broken as expected. Now the problem is that if I go to WP-ADMIN to try reinstall they all fail installing, any workaround on this?

Ok, as normal I went into the Site Admin, updated the plugins, site crashed I couldn’t even access Wordress WP-Admin, called my hosting company and they disabled all plugins on their side, the site is now accessible but broken, and I can now access WP-Admin but unable to reinstall the plugins for the site to work normal! (Installation failed: Could not create directory.)
