    Thanks for this plugin, works perfectly with Contact Form 7, configured with google.

    I’m a bit confused by an email an admin user received from my email address with an attached zip file-
    Subject: Site Database Backup Monday, September 14th, 2015 at 6:24 pm
    “Attached is the backup file for the database powering https://auspicious.com.au taken Monday, September 14th, 2015 at 6:24 pm”

    Is this spam/something malignant I should be worried about? If so do I need to take action?

    Apologies if this isn’t the right place to ask about this!

    Sorry I didn’t realise that plugin did that as I never received the emails before..
    Anyway thank for your time!

    I’m receiving similar “phantom” emails with the same verbiage, with increasingly more each day, for one site.I did not turn on backups in iThemes and can’t find how to stop them. Did you solve this? Is it spam?
