• I have a longstanding problem that I think is a result of the incoming RSS feeds. The latest incident this morning. It look like the .htaccess file becomes corrupted on rewrite from some feeds. How can that be prevented?

The message from my host is:

    [Sat May 17 07:04:28.996972 2014] [core:alert] [pid 269964] [client 173.63.59.28:54273] /home/teamseaf/public_html/.htaccess: RewriteRule: bad flag delimiters

this has likely nothing to do with my plugin since the error is related to your htaccess file, which my plugin has nothing to do with. Do you have any evidence in your logs that my plugin is involved?

Thank you for quick reply. I really like you plugin very much. I do not have any real evidence, but the RSS feeds are the only activities on the site when the crashes happen that I’m aware of. The site crashes irregularly every few days and my service provider told me the RSS feeds would rewrite the .htaccesss files so I added the two things together. So I may be completely wrong on the relationship but I’m at odds about where to look to solve this problem….

ok..well, then it looks like the problem is with the RSS feeds themselves..I would try making sure they are valid by going here:
