Site crashes after update and I can’t rollback

Hello,
I tried to update the plugin, but the update fails, then I downloaded the update and tried to install the zip file from Worpress, but the installation fails again. Finally I tried to upload the files via FTP, but the transfer fails, only for this plugin, I can upload all files I want, but not these ones.
I tried also to re-upload the previous version of the plugin, I had a backup, but the site crashed. I had to deactivate the plugin and I get some errors reported in the error log.
