Can you please download the pre-release 1.3.48 version in the link https://github.com/ultimatemember/ultimatemember/releases/tag/pre-v1.3.48 and upload it to your site’s wp-content/plugins/

Just rename the extracted folder from /ultimate-member-master/ to /ultimate-member/ to match the existing directory plugin on your site.
