Site Crashed Suddenly

    Our website frontend is suddenly crashed & its blank but returning 200 response. Once after disabling Minify & Lazy Load together its started working but without cache (ie in for admin logged users) page load was so high for first byte.

    Later a day after i’ve optimised the DB tables & enabled minify & lazy load its working fine. first byte load becomes as normal too.

    When i debug there is ssl error only via curl requests but the modules of page cache is showing for error is working fine. this error was there before also.

    We’re trying to find reason for root cause. Kindly help us for cause & help us to avoid this in future as client lost huge revenue on weekend due to this crash.

    I am sorry about the issue you experienced with the website crashing and I am happy to help!
    The first thing that comes to my mind is a potential auto-update of some plugin/theme. When you configure W3 Total Cache, the Minified files do not change if unless the minify cache was rebuilt by purging the Minify cache or Purging the entire cache.
    If for example, some plugin or theme was updated and some css or js was changed, that may have caused the issue since the cache was not purged.
    Can you please confirm if something was updated prior to the crash?
