Site crashed. It took me an hour to restore it.

  • Installed the plugin, activated and all my site went down. This should NOT happen when it says it’s compatible with the version of wordpress I have. I have not a special installation. I have a basic wordpress installation.

    It sucked. I had to skip lunch. Now I am angry and hungry.

  • Glad I read this. Looks like there’s a few problems with this plugin. I need gzip, but not badly enough to risk being angry and hungry.

    Never good to be hungry or angry ?? But in the past year I’ve made some changes (and warnings) to prevent your site from going down.
