Site crash, not support, double charge credit card

  • Also, right from the start, since the free version of the plugin,we had a problem with breaking the site. We thought the paid version could solve this, so we bought it.

    By activating the paid plugin, our site crashed. Our site has been developed by agency, updated and online for over 3 years. We tried to make plugin edits, install and uninstall, clear cache, check database, but nothing worked.

    We look forward to the other versions available for download, versions 2.7 to 2.7.4, but to no avail.

    We decided to dismantle the plugin and joined another that is working perfectly.

    The “Owl Carousel WP Pro – An Owl Carousel WordPress plugin” proposal is great, but unfortunately it caused problems for our site.

    We would like you to double check and reverse our purchase.
