Site crash after change admin email

    I’ve changed admin email and then Smash Balloon generate a chash into my website. I’ve deactivate, re upload but nothing, same crash. Can you help me?

    Thank you for contacting us! Just to confirm, you mentioned deactivating the plugin, but have tried deactivating and then fully uninstalling/deleting the plugin and doing a fresh install? There may be a problem with saved information in your site’s database, and when you fully uninstall the plugin and do a fresh install this will remove the plugin’s database tables and recreate them. Please also ensure that the “Preserve settings if plugin is removed” setting is not enabled before uninstalling the plugin: https://a.supportally.com/i/lWsAe9

    With crashed site i can’t remove this setting. So, i’ve deleted all wp tables and setting searching for SB and SBIN in database and now i’ve reinstall it and it’s ok. Now i need to logi connect with fb and will be good. Thankyou.
