I have two sites that use Atum – both have crashed with the recent update 1.26.62. I have reinstalled 1.9.16 which runs okay. Both use the Shop Front Theme

I was surprised not see any comments

Is there any known issues with other plugins?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @equerry

We are not aware of any issue like that you mention with the latest update. It’s very weird…

Might you tell me which WordPress and WooCommerce versions are you using, please?

And are you using any ATUM premium add-on?

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

    Hi Salva

I am using WordPress 6.1.1 and Woocommerce 7.3.0 on both sites. One hosted on Ionos the other on ZEN

I am not using any premium plugins – as I said both are running well with an older version of Atum.

Both sites have quite a few plugins – but the error note appearing in WordPress and the reason for not being able to update only mentioned the Atum plugin. However I have had time and looked at the error log. This is the section :

Not sure if this sheds any light on the problem I am having.

Perhaps it could be due to some kind of conflict with any 3rd party plugin you might have.

Can you try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and check if it works in that way, please?

    Best Regards,
    Salva

But, looking at the error, it says that it cannot open a file.
Perhaps it could be due to wrong file permissions. You can ask your hosting about this issue too.

    Many thanks Salva

I will try disabling plugins – but I will have to clone the site first as both are live.

I beginning to suspect a plugin conflict is likely.

I will post once I have had time to do the work.

    Hi Salva

It appears to have been a conflict with the Plugin Hide Shipping Method for Woocommerce.

I will run without this plugin for a while and see if it’s stable before reinstalling – or use a better solution for my shipping options.

Thanks for your input I hope this helps. I really like this plugin and it has helped improve my stock management and saves me time and lost sales.

    Hi @equerry

Good to know that you were finally able to find the source of the conflict.
Perhaps you can ask that plugin authors to take a look at the issue. Sadly, we cannot give support for 3rd party plugins.

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

    Salve

Not a problem. As I said I will run without this plugin for a while and then reintroduce it and perhaps the issue will have been addressed if not I will certainly let the author know
