Site Corrupted – version 3.0.13

Have been using customizer theme for more than 4 months now – and it had got rave comments. However suddenly the site is not showing up correctly – Menus are lost and only footer is shown.
I do not know what is happening ….Just to verify – I changed the theme to default themes of wordpress – which works properly. Please assist as I need to get the site up asap.
