Site Cleaning Review

My website got hacked apparently through a ftp upload that established some phishing tools. The site was not on any block lists, but my virus protection software was throwing vague warnings whenever I navigated to the site. Not good. I spent several hours on the site looking for changes and evidence of an intrusion. I couldn’t find anything. I hired the WordFence staff (Giles) to see if they could figure it out. It took some time, but they did. I’m still dealing with some of the after effects, but I cannot properly express my gratitude to WordFence for their patience, friendliness, and genuine concern for supporting me and ensuring that my website (and reputation) was restored to its original condition.
