Site can't be updated from one location, yes from others. Firewall?

  • I have been working on a client’s site for sometime, and recently found that the site can be updated elsewhere, but that I can’t update it. If someone logins as me somewhere else, they can update it. My client can update it from his home – it’s just me.

    Is that a firewall issue? If so, how can I go about fixing it without turning mine off completely. I don’t have this problem on other installations – just his.

  • It could be a browser / cache problem, though this is an older post, so the issue may have resolved by now. ??

    If not, do you have an example of how you’re accessing the site? Publicly? Specific IP address? Website?
