Site can be viewed only as a preview

I have installed wordpress at least 3 times. Twice by cPanel and the last time by manually downloading the WordPress.zip file.
I selected “Preview Website” under the “Domains” tab on the cPanel main page.
I even had to create a login id there for the dashboard the first time i previewed it, so i thought my site is up.
When i actually try and open my site, it still shows as “Site Under Construction”
Please help.
