Site broken by backup restore

If anyone can help me, I’d be eternally grateful. Literally about to cry here and just getting radio silence from the guys at Updraft.

On Monday, I tried to install a back up from Saturday. It broke my website and we’re at Wednesday and it’s still not fixed. Initially, the guys at Updraft were helping but I’ve now been left in limbo after they told me yesterday to delete my website and create a blank WP install and they would install my clone. I did this and have now not heard from them again. So I now have no website, just a random WP blog page. I have a link to a clone they’ve made for me which looks like my website – https://v9nh975r637.c.updraftclone.com/ But I have no idea how to get this clone onto this blank WP install they’ve told me to create.

I have some really exciting press coming out tomorrow for my business which is why I was trying to update my website and if anyone goes to my page, they now see a random WP blog page with nothing on it. ???? Can anyone help me?
