  • Hi @davidesv,

    Thanks for reaching us,

While checking from my end, the site looks good. Only few images are not appearing at the bottom of the site. Beside that the site and the layouts is displaying fine.

If you are still getting the issue on your end, I suggest you to check the guideline and follow the steps suggested: https://docs.themegrill.com/colormag/docs/troubleshooting-common-issues-after-colormag-v3-0-pro-v4-0-updates/

If it doesnot works kindly share the screenshot of the area mentioning the issues so that I can check and provide you with an appropriate solution.

    Regards

I’ve used the “Fix Button” and flushed cache but nothing happened

    Hello davidesv … countryman ??

If I see your site now I see it “pretty good” (I don’t know if the shop section is just like that or has a problem).

If so… what did you do? To me the layout comes out completely broken and that “large house” that you see in your screenshot is reproposed several times on the page including things “invented” by the theme.

try using a chromebook to look at your site, its got no right side adverts, they are all at the bottom under the main page. looks totally differnt in chromebook, just like my site does.

yes, is the mobile version. It’s weird, now is ok (without any change) on desktop. In mobile is ok with edge and broken with chrome and safari. I hope that will fix itself too ??

    Hi @davidesv,

    Thanks for getting back,

I request you update the theme to the latest version as we are constantly releasing the major fixes. Hopefully after few updates the site will be normal and looks as it was before.

If you go through any issues, kindly list theme here and we will work on those.

    Hi @davidesv

I had the same problem. It is mobile browser caching. I had a caching plugin active that I disabled and this fixed it for site users. I will reenable later assuming that most people’s mobile browsers will have the new style sheets by then.
