Site Broken after 1.3.3 update

I disabled all other plugins and still broken. WP 3.7.1

If you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file, what error message do you get?
I would recommend you download a 1.3.3 copy from here and upload to your site replacing your current copy to be sure nothing went wrong during update.

Are you using PHP 5.2.17?
