Site body width and sidebar help. :)

I’m a newbie and know nothing about coding. If someone could maybe take a look at our and let us know what custom css we could use. ??

I’m trying to widen the body of my site, there is to much wasted space. ??

Also My forums widgets end up on a footer sidebar when I add a widget. I have space for a right sidebar and which seems to be a sidebar.

and If my sidebars are able to be moved from right to left?

Sorry I am asking for a lot. Any help would totally be appreciated. Thanks in advance ??
