Site based on 'Options' Theme crashed

  • Site and admin site has crashed and I have no idea why.
    Hosting company says that: “I’d suspect that something in your theme isn’t compatible with the newest release of WordPress. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if your theme has an update which may correct this, but that’s where you should start”.

    Error report: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /htdocs/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:153) in /htdocs/wp-content/themes/optionsv12/framework/functions/common.php on line 23

    What to do?

    THEME COFFEE MONKEY

    If you have FTP access you could rename the theme’s folder. It will revert to the default theme.
