Site Appears W/O CSS rendering on first visit (Help)

    Hello,

    When I first visit my website on a computer that has never been to it before I noticed that it appears differently. Specially it appears with out proper CSS rendering for the header area and many links on the page as well. Once I reload/refresh the site then it appears correctly with the proper CSS in place for the presentation and alignments.

    To be more explicit of my issue. The site first appears with the links in the header element without any style and instead if being “displayed inline” they seem to be “Displayed as Block”, making each link appear on its own line.

    Why is this happening and what can I do to fix this.
