Site always says ‘not secure’

Hi,
My site is roughly one month old, see lornastone.com
In the browser is permanently the message ‘Not Secure.’ I’ve tried speaking with my hosting service, Bluehost but haven’t got anywhere.
Is this something to do with the SSL Certificate?
Sorry, I have a lot to learn but would love to get this sorted.

Yes, you have to need to assign SSL Certificate.
Then changes site URL with HTTP to HTTPS.
