    Hi

I’ve used the excellent plugin to setup a site alias

    example – this link

    [ redundant link removed ]

    redirects to this

    /lenses/eyezen/

as do all links to the domain

My question is: is this sufficient to make google happy in terms of my existing SEO ?

ie. maintaining my existing SEO for by transferring everything to a new domain in this way

    thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I can’t say what makes Google happy. However, there is nothing else you can do in terms of redirecting an old site to a new one.

ha ha – yes. who knows what makes Google happy except ad revenue

I meant that I an redirecting the SEO of the old domain to the new domain with this method ?

So, for me, instead of making a table of individual redirects, since the site is a mirror of the old one, simply on a new domain, I can achieve the same effect with a single alias
