site administrator can't access their dashboard

  • Hi dear,

    I have a multisite installation.
    Do you know why my users that create a site as administrator are not allowed to access the dashboard to admin their site?

    Are they supposed to be “accepting an invitation” by clicking on an email link first? This might depend on how you have this setup in your network.
