Site Admin BuddyPress Access To Edit Location

    Site Admin, in BuddyPress profile cannot edit location tab address on behalf of users. When Admin enters another users profile, then clicks location tab, the result is blank.(no location form on map as well as no map.)

    Can this be fixed?
