    Hello,
this is my last hope. My 2 sites have a same problem, that ocurred the same day at same time: Tuesday 2nd at 9:00. There is a 404 error above the header of one site, that also appears in the tab. The other site just don′t show up and 404 error is shown, it′s also imposible to log in because loggin site don′t show up. 9 help chats with support didn′t get any solution, also support ticket. It seems that nobody can resolve this, so I lost the work of 1 year in seconds. In FTP Panel it′s all there, but calling the url there is nothing in one site and ugly error message in header. I′m really hopeless and at the point to give up. The sites are
    https://www.paraguay-infoblog.com and
    https://www.villarrica-online.com
Please if someone has any idea or think is able to resolve, I also can pay for the work, because I and nobody in support can′t fix the problem.

What did you change or modify before this problem?

Nothing, I wanted to upload a post and can′t log in. So I called the site and it didn′t show up. Then I called my second one and found this problem, but there I can log in. But its so ugly and SEO unfriendly. I tried to log in after 5 days, it just happened like this.

    Have you tried:

-checking with your server if the database server is online / if they have problem at their end, or they made any changes to your account.

-Checking your wp-config.php file settings for the database and host names?

-deactivating all plugins. If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit?

If you don’t have access to to your admin area, try deactivating them manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

-If that does not resolve the issue, switching to the default theme (Twenty Ten) by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes to rule out any theme-specific issue?

If you don’t have access to your admin area, then access your server via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Ok, I try this, I hope I can do it right because I′m really no expert. I installed it with the fantastico with one click. Before I had touble with my sites, but always the support resolved it in minutes. This time it′s 8 days and they can′t find the reason. They think my WP is corrupted, but how can that be without even loggin in and after it worked fine for 10 month?
Ok, I will try what you say, is there any Email how can I contact you if I have a question or if it don′t work?

They think my WP is corrupted,

If the suggestions of my previous post do not resolve the issue, then the next possibility is this:

-Download WordPress again and replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies. This should replace your core files without changing your content and settings in wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory.

Note that some uploaders may not overwrite files reliably, so delete the original files before replacing them.

is there any Email how can I contact you if I have a question or if it don′t work?

    Post back in this forum.

Of course you do have the option of hiring someone (I am not a consultant, I do this just for fun!).
See https://jobs.wordpress.net/ if you decide to follow that option.
